Trengh is a team of twenty four, and every senior practitioner has more than twenty years in technology delivery. That is the whole story. There is no founder myth here and no pyramid underneath it.

The same problems, every time

The same things break in every ERP, eCommerce, data and cloud programme. This team has solved them before, which is the only reason we can be quicker about it.

And they can be solved for less

Large consultancies charge a premium that has more to do with their overhead than with the quality of the delivery. That belief is the reason the company exists, not a line we put on a page.

How we work

Five things we will be held to

  1. Do the work properly

    Quality is not the variable that moves when a date gets tight. If something has to give it will be scope, and it will be discussed rather than discovered.

  2. Senior people, on your project

    The people who scoped it are the people who build it. Not one architect and fifteen juniors with the architect on three other accounts.

  3. Explain everything

    You should be able to describe your own system as well as the team that built it. Discovery has no meter running on discussion time for exactly this reason.

  4. Charge fairly

    Price reflects the work, not the office. Fixed price, time and materials, retainer or managed service, and no minimum engagement size.

  5. Build something that lasts

    Systems that outlive the engagement, and a company worth working at. Those two turn out to be the same problem.
