What it runs on
Cloud platforms
AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Alibaba Cloud.
Four clouds. For most workloads the choice is decided by something other than the technology: where the data has to sit, what your team already runs, and what the existing licensing does when it moves.
Where we run things
Four, and what usually decides it
-
AWS
The broadest service catalogue and the deepest regional coverage in Southeast Asia and ANZ. The default unless something specific points elsewhere.
-
Google Cloud
Strong where the workload is data and analytics first, and where BigQuery is doing the heavy lifting.
-
Microsoft Azure
The natural fit where the estate is already Microsoft, and where existing licensing carries across.
-
Alibaba Cloud
Relevant where the requirement is China or wider Asia presence and the other three are awkward.
Where the data sits is a requirement, not a preference.
What we do with them
Migration, and the running afterwards
- Assessment, workload by workload
- Landing zone with identity and guardrails
- Migration: lift, reshape or rebuild, decided per workload
- Monitoring, patching, backup and tested restore
- Cost review as an ongoing job
- Data residency, which in this region is a requirement
Engagement
How this gets bought
Four ways
Fixed price, time and materials, retainer, or managed service. There is no minimum engagement size, so a single integration is a real conversation and not a rounding error.
What you are paying for
Senior people on the actual work, not a pyramid with one architect and fifteen juniors. Large firms charge a premium that has more to do with their overhead than with the quality of the delivery. The same work can be done properly for less, and that is the reason this company exists.
