Case studies

What the ground looked like before, and after.

A case study is only worth reading if it says what went wrong as well as what worked. Every engagement has a decision somebody would take again differently, and the ones that pretend otherwise are advertising.

Nothing published yet, and there is a reason

The team has delivered work like this for years, but at previous employers rather than at Trengh. Publishing it here would imply this company did it, which is not accurate, and most of it sits under agreements that outlast the employment. When case studies appear they will either be anonymised, or named with the client's written permission and the dates made clear.

What one will contain

The shape, once there is one to fill it

The state before

What was actually happening, in numbers, including the parts that were nobody's fault.

What we would do differently

Every engagement has one. A case study that does not name it is marketing.
