Four pillars

What we do

Depth in a named set of systems rather than a menu of everything. These are the ones we implement and support.

Depth in a named set of systems rather than a menu of everything. These are the ones we implement and support, and the list is short on purpose. A firm that claims sixteen platforms knows four.

The four families

What we work in

Scroll through them, or go straight to one below.

  • ERP

Odoo. One system of record, known properly, with full functional coverage and multi-entity structures that hold up at group level.

  • eCommerce

Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce and Salesforce Commerce. Chosen for what you sell rather than for what is fashionable.

  • Data

Fivetran, dbt, Talend, Informatica and Airbyte. Moving, reshaping and reconciling data between the other three.

  • Cloud

AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure and Alibaba Cloud. Where all of it runs, and who runs it afterwards.

How we choose

Fit before preference

We do not have a default

The right system depends on what you sell, how many entities you close, where the data has to live and what your team can run. A firm with one answer is selling that answer.

And sometimes the answer is no change

Replatforming is expensive and disruptive. If the system you have can be made to work, that is the cheaper recommendation and we will make it.

Engagement

How this gets bought

Four ways

Fixed price, time and materials, retainer, or managed service. There is no minimum engagement size, so a single integration is a real conversation and not a rounding error.

What you are paying for

Senior people on the actual work, not a pyramid with one architect and fifteen juniors. Large firms charge a premium that has more to do with their overhead than with the quality of the delivery. The same work can be done properly for less, and that is the reason this company exists.
